We do it all day long and on the weekends too. We are open for walk-ins between
8am and 8pm Monday thru Friday. Our appointment availability and class schedules
fall between the following hours:

Doors may close early in the evening and open late
in the morning if there are no scheduled appointments. The best walk in times
are from 9am to 11am and 3pm to 7pm.

Some people find that they have more energy for exercise in the mornings while some feel better
in the evenings. You won’t know until you get started. In a perfect would we would all workout between 630am and noon as that is when your hormones for exercise are
technically at their best. But we don't
live in a perfect world. So just get it done. And do it at least twice a week.
For most goals like weight loss and general fitness, a minimum of 2-3 days weekly is required. Our athletic clients range
from 2 times to 6 times weekly. Each client is taken on an individual
basis and your goals will dictate when and how much you need to exercise as well as the type of nutrition plan you will need
