Getting started is easy

It only takes about 5 minutes and you can get everything set up online right now, however, you may have some questions specific to you. Below you can read through information about the process you will go through from getting started to reaching your goals, or you can select from the following to get started today:

The Process is simple

STEP ONE: goals and availability

The first thing to do is figure out what kind of time you have to devote to achieving (and maintaining) your goals. The more time you devote, the better chance you have of success. Most people devote as little time as possible and that is a big reason that so many people fail to acheive their goals

It is best if you can devote at least 2-3 days per week with our trainers. Ideal scheduling of those days should be spaced every other day (like a Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) type of schedule. But don't fret, we understand you are probably very busy, so we can (and often do) work with the worst of schedules. Remember any schedule is better than no schedule.

STEP TWO: Commitment

Decide on an initial length of time in weeks or months that you can commit to following a regimine. We suggest at least six weeks, but thats up to you. The packages are broken down into weeks to help you decide.

Ultimately, if you want to maintain the goals you achieve, you need to commit to a permanent lifestyle change. Many of our clients have chosen to keep us for life ("lifer's" they call themselves). They are (by far) the most succesful.

We offer discounts for serious commitments, however, we often suggest six weeks to start so you can see if you can stand us for that long ;-)

STEP THREE: Purchase & Schedule OR Have a Free Consult

If you are know you want a trainer you can just purchase a package and schedule (any package). Just get on the schedule, and we'll take care of you from there.

STEP FOUR: Assesments, Health History, and Goals

Next we begin getting to know you. We look at any pertinent health history, set goals, establish your fitness levels through various workouts, and decide which professional fitness programming variables are best for your age, goals, and ability. Remember, we take on clients ranging from kids to seniors with goals ranging from weight loss (the most common) to athletic performance. We even have clients that can barely walk when they start. Now, as usual, they are off climbing mountains!

STEP FIVE: Regular Schedule

We like to establish a regular schedule with you. That way it starts to become your new healthy habit. You have the option of permanently reserving times. Just ask us how when you are here.

Can't do a regular schedule. Don't worry. Our online scheduler works pretty good. Schedule as you please. But you BETTER schedule or we will come find you :-) Yes, really.

STEP SIX: Optional nutrition guidance

Nutrition is the most vital component of your success. No matter what your goals. We will want to coach you in this area.

We can do everything from specific written meal plans to teaching you principles to guide yourself with. Most likely we will do both. And the best part is that there are absolutely NO SUPPLEMENTS to buy, and no diet foods.

STEP SEVEN: Your workouts

During your workouts we are right there with you. We are coaching you on every rep of every exercise. We are pushing you (appropriate for your level), keeping you safe, monitoring your rest periods, educating you, and motivating you, and more.

In addition to your workouts with us, you will most likely be given "home work." These are simple workouts to do on your own at home, here at the studio, or even the local gym.

STEP EIGHT: Reaching your goals

Now you are on a roll. Nutrition is in place, you are working out, and you already feel better. Much better! From here on out you just show up for your workouts and we take care of the rest. No thinking, no stress. We are here for you however you need us. We are going to help you in any and every way we can to reach your goals.
