It is best to walk in between 10am and 3pm on weekdays. Saturdays are mostly appointment only. We are usually very busy in the morning and evenings, so if you do walk in, you may have to wait to speak to a trainer for 30 minutes or more.
We operate better if you commit to an appointment time to meet with one of our fitness trainers. It doesn't matter who you meet with. Any of us can answer your questions, show you around, and help you pick your primary trainer.
