Everyone. Taking a yoga class will help create a flexible long body. If you are looking to relax,
stretch, and realign your body then yoga classes are the right choice. Yoga is also a great
supplement for any strength training program as it keeps you "loose." There
are limitations and precautions if you have joint, neck or back injuries, however
there is usually something for everyone. We have beginning and advanced classes.
