Fitness Boot Camps

A fitness boot camp (or "fit camp") is a group of people that come together to work
with a certified fitness trainer to accomplish a common goal; getting in great shape. You will workout in our small group classes, get weekly individual nutritional guidance,
monthly fitness assessments, as well as set and track goals.
This fit camp has been designed by Hemet's top personal fitness trainers and nutritionists.

WHAT IS A FITNESS BOOT CAMP LIKE?

You're boot camp will start with a basic fitness assessment where you will
recieve a fit camp packet. Next we will help you set some 6 week goals and
make sure (if you haven't already done so) that you are enrolled in all the appropriate
workouts. You will work out 2-3 times weekly (or more if you like) for one hour in a private digital surround sound studio. You will do resistance, cardiovascular,
stability, and flexibility training. You will be given nutrition guidance
on a weekly basis where you will learn to finally eat normal and healthy.
Every week we will track your progress as well as teach and encourage you.
After 6 weeks you will do a final assessment and get ready for the next round. |
What kind of results can I expect from this Boot Camp?

If you follow the boot camp directions and show up for most of your workouts you
can expect pretty amazing weight loss and toning. You will be noticeably stronger
with great endurance. Weight loss changes depend on your commitment to all
the directions (like nutrition). Follow the directions and you can lose as
much as 20-30 pounds in a 6 week period. We find that the average person,
however, loses between 5 and 10 pounds every 6 weeks. It's up to you.
We will show you how and encourage you, but ultimately you must follow through. |

TROOP SIZE: 12 max. We will start a new fitness boot camp for you if you have
5 or more to enroll and there are no other available spots.
There are male only, female only, and coed fit camps.
$149 (includes unlimited classes for six weeks, nutrition guidance, goal tracking,
