Duo Personal Fitness Training

Enjoy many of the benefits of personal fitness training at nearly one half to one third the cost!  Duo and Trio fitness training allows you and a buddy, co-worker, or a spouse to work out together with a personal fitness trainer.  Duo fitness training is two people working out with a trainer and Trio fitness training is three.    

Like personal training, your program is built specifically for you and your friends goals. Your trainer will educate you, push you, end encourage you through every rep of every exercise. You will work out  in our private personal fitness training studio 2 to 5 days weekly.  You will work in on your cardiovascular endurance, strength, and flexibility.

Who should do Personal Training?

Anyone serious about reaching their goals and who doesn't want to waist time making mistakes. 
  • Couples and friends benefit from personal training togather because  it is much easier to stay focused and disciplined when your partner is following the same plan. 
  • Teamates usually need to do similar workout programs so it makes sense to do training together and save money.
  • Great for a parent and child!  Kids don't always want to listen to their parents but they do when a trainer says it.  This way both are educated. Later, when you are leading by example and doing what was discussed in the personal training session, your child sees your example and will usually follow your lead.

The following guidlines should be kept in mind when choosing a partner for personal training:

  1. You and your partner should be in similar shape with similar goals unless it is a parent/child relationship.
  2. You and your partner feel more comfortable working out together with a personal trainer than by yourself.
  3. Do NOT pick this option based soley on the fact that it is cheaper.
  4. If you have more than 3 people consider joining a fitness boot camp (we will even start one just for you and your friends).

If you can afford a nice meal out you can afford Duo or Trio training.  Though your costs will vary depending on goals and personal needs.  There are also many payment plans available. Most Duo personal fitness training team costs range from $37 a week each or monthly from around $148 each.  Most Trio personal fitness training team costs range from $27 a week each or monthly from $108 each.  Your costs may be less or more depending on your particular needs.  scheduling a free consultation and discussing your goals with a trainer is a good option for evaluating you and your partner(s) needs.

how do you pick a personal trainer

We have several trainers to choose from.  They all follow MAXVO2's principles and philosphies.  The only difference is age, gender, and personality.  After you have purchased your sessions you will be allowed to schedule your sessions with any trainer you like.  Profiles are available to view before you schedule.  You do not have to train with the same trainer everytime you come so schedule based on availabity first, then on personality or other things.  Many of our clients just train with whoever is available and some have developed personal preferences after getting to know all the different trainers.
